Tara Natural Foods

Kingston's Original Natural Food Store

Located in the heart of downtown Kingston, Ontario. Step into our store and inhale the tantalizing aroma of spices and herbs.

Feel the solid hardwood floor against your feet as your eyes take in the beautiful interior. The walls and archways made from brick and mortar encapsulate the historic vibe of Kingston. A carefully restored authentic pressed tin ceiling invites your senses on a journey to wonderment and health.

The sound of the coffee grinder will pull your attention forward into the store where you will be surrounded by shelf after shelf filled with appetizing, delicious and nutritious whole foods.
